2006-07: Saw goal and point production dip in his second season...Showed instant chemistry with new linemates Braden Desmet and Corey Stark...Scored twice in the season opener against Bethel...Had a nine-game point streak December 2 - January 19.  2005-06: Scorer of several highlight-reel goals during freshman season...Recorded his first hat trick against St. Norbert on November 18, 2005...Led team in scoring as a freshman with 29 points (16 goals, 13 assists) in 30 games.  Before UWS: Played minor hockey out west...One of his coaches was Rob Pallin, a former defenseman at Minnesota-Duluth in the 1980s...Played high school hockey in the Twin Cities...Spent last season with the Helena Bighorns of the NAHL...Was second on his team in scoring with 29-31-60 in 54 games...Tied for eighth in the league in goals and 13th in points...Named Team MVP for Helena in 2005...Received same honor for Central Texas in 2004.  Personal: Born July 4, 1984...Son of Tim and Mary Rein.
